In our CrossFit Group Classes, you will be coached under the supervision of a nationally qualified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer from the minute you walk through our door until the minute you walk out.  We pride ourselves in quality coaching, programming, and an extraordinary community.  CrossFit is a truly amazing program that WILL change your life. You will achieve tasks you never thought possible, whether it’s doing your first pull-up, losing 60+ pounds, or competing in your first triathlon. CrossFit is hard, but it is FUN!

Rocco Di Jerlando is a trainer at CrossFit La Verne in Southern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science.
