Olympic Weightlifting Classes

The Olympic lifts are some of the most technical movements to master in both sport and CrossFit.  To become exceptional at them, it is likely that you must devote extra time learning and developing your technique.  Every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:00pm we offer Olympic Weightlifting classes taught by a qualified Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.  This is the class to attend if you are looking to further develop your skills in the clean & jerk and snatch – two movements that are frequently used both at CFLV and CrossFit competitions.

Rocco Di Jerlando is a trainer at CrossFit La Verne in Southern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science.
