Youth Strength And Conditioning Classes (Sports Performance)

At CFLV, we offer a youth strength & conditioning class for athletes ranging from 12-18 years old.  If you are looking for your child to develop increased power, speed, strength, coordination, and agility, this is the place to be!  We offer classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30pm.  Each class is 60 minutes in duration.  Expect your child to workout in a FUN and friendly environment with a great group of kids. 

We have had the pleasure of coaching athletes from a wide array of sports, including baseball, football, soccer, wrestling, and track & field.  Athletes that have been a part of our program have gone on to attend and play their respective sports at the following colleges:  University of Arizona, University of California-Davis, University of La Verne, Occidental College, and Southern University. 

We currently coach athletes from local high schools, including Damien, Bonita, San Dimas, Claremont, and Glendora High Schools.

Rocco Di Jerlando is a trainer at CrossFit La Verne in Southern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science.
