CrossFit

In our CrossFit Group Classes, you will be coached under the supervision of a nationally qualified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer from the minute you walk through our door until the minute you walk out.  We pride ourselves in quality coaching, programming and an extraordinary community.  CrossFit is a truly amazing program that WILL change your life. You will achieve tasks you never thought possible, whether it’s doing your first pull-up, losing 60+ pounds, or competing in your first triathlon. CrossFit is hard, but it is FUN!

Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic lifts are great for developing speed, coordination and athleticism.  If you are looking to further develop your skills in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk – this is the class for you! 

Power Lifting

Get strong with the three big lifts - Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press.  By attending this class you will develop a foundation of strength, as well as build muscle with various accessory movements. 

IntervalFit

CrossFit without the heavy barbells and high skill gymnastics!  Each workout includes built-in rest and is guaranteed to keep you moving and sweating the entire time.  

Assaulted

A spin on “spin”! We have combined Assault Bike workouts with simple body weight movements to deliver a powerful dose of fitness! This class will leave you feeling “Assaulted”. 

Endurance

Run, Row and Ski your way to increased aerobic capacity.  We mix these elements in different combinations to help you develop your breathing and overall fitness.
